How To Create Your Shirt

Products Tab

Find your perfect style of shirt.  Use the dropdown box to narrow down the selection to just products aimed at Men, Women or Kids & Babies; there's even some shirts for Dogs!

Use the left panel to customise the colour, and choose where to place the logo or text (front, rear, left sleeve, right sleeve)

Designs Tab

Shows the Logos created by Metalheads Design.  Click on the dropdown lists to explore the full range of logos added by other designers.

Single colour logos cost less to print compared to multi coloured designs.

Use the left panel to alter the position and size of your chosen logo.  Hover the mouse over the pallet to test out different colour combinations (click on the numbers to swap between the presets).  The bottom-right dropdown box can be used to alter the printing style (see below).

Text Tab

You can add up to five lines of text for just £2.00 extra.  Perfect for personalising your finished shirt.

We don't personally print your shirt, we let a professional printing company, based in Germany, do all the hard work for us.

Delivery times to the UK are typically 3 to 5 days.

Quality Designs, Quality Finish

Whilst other T Shirt firms use low quality digital transfer prints, which fade after a few cycles in the washing machine, we use simple clean Vector art, which can be scaled to nearly any size, which are printed using a high quality plot printing technique, ensuring our logos remain bold and eyecatching wash after wash.

There are two main printing techniques you can select when creating your shirt, Flex & Flock (you can also choose a Digital Transfer if you are on a tight budget).

Flex

This is the default printing method, the material used is thin and flexible, and is slightly shiny in appearance - the parrot above is a good example.

This method uses a Felt-Like material, which is slightly rough to the touch.  We personally like this method for small logos, and Text.  We don't recommend you try it for large print areas, as the material is quite stiff.

Other Printing Options

There is also Special Flex Print, which is a selection of Foils designed to shimmer (think shiny helium balloons).

Lastly there is Writeable Flex Print, which can be written on with a dry marker (included), and then wiped clean.
