How To Find Her

Finding Yuffie, This is very simple. Just pace around any forest area until you get into a battle with a female ninja wearing a weird mask. When you defeat her, you will go to a scene where she is lying there what appears to be unconscious.

First of all, DO NOT USE THE SAVE POINT OR ACCESS THE MENU FOR ANY REASON whatsoever. If you do, she will steal all your materia and some gil. So watch out, she's very greedy. In the following captioning answer her like this:

Yuffie: You spikey -headed jerk, let's go one more time!
Cloud: Not interested
Now she's feeling cocky, so she tants you. Talk to her again.
Yuffie: You pretty scared of me, huh!
Cloud: .......Petrified
She'll start to leave, but turns back to yell:
Yuffie: I'm really gonna leave, REALLY!
Cloud: Wait a second!
Yuffie: You want me to go with you?
Cloud: That's right
Yuffie: Ok
Cloud: Let's hurry on.
