This area is made up of Caves linked by Vertical Climbs. It is very cold, and your characters will die if you do not keep them warm by tapping the Square button.
Your goal is the summit of the Cliff, but the journey isn't a straight forward one.
There are a few puzzles to solve. In one place you cannot proceed until you have pushed some boulders. Further on you have to cause some Icicles to drop down and make some stepping stones. When you reach the screen with four Icicles on, walk under each one to enter into a battle.
In the battle there will be three normal monsters and the Icicle, just concentrate your attacks on the Icicle.
You will eventually reach the summit, where you will move on to the Whirlwind Maze.
In the first cave you enter, there is a hidden Ribbon. You have to walk through a hidden passage that joins one of the right-hand-side walls.
When you reach the summit you will find a Save Point, next to it is a pool of water, this restores your MP/HP when you touch it.
On the next screen you will come face to face with Twinhead
