Objective
First of all explore all the houses, in them you will find strange men in black robes. Most of them will give you an item if you talk to them.
The main goal in Nibelheim is to find Sephiroth in the Shinra mansion. He is in the basement. To find you way into the basement, head upstairs and to the right. In one of the bottom rooms is a hidden doorway that leads to the spiral stairs down to the basement.
Once you have found Sephiroth, head North out of the Village, towards Mount Nibel.
