Whether you've found 5,000 Geocaches, 5, or even none at all; Sunday 3rd August is going to be a day to remember for the UK Geocaching community.
What started as an attempt to get an event going in the hopes of it attracting enough people for it to qualify for Mega status has turned into not only the UK's first confirmed Mega Event, but one that's also heading towards being one of the largest events Europe has seen.

The Event opens at 12pm, and runs until 5pm

• 22nd July
  Pre-registration and Geocoin sales are now closed. A big thank you to all those who did dip into their pockets, the pre-sales meant that we had enough funds to get the event off the ground.
  If you missed out on pre-registering for the event, don't worry you are still welcome to attend, but we cannot allocate you a welcome pack.
  If you previously registered, but now want to register for food, simply submit your details again, and we'll update your records.

  Pre-registration and Geocoin pre-sales will close at 11pm tomorrow (22nd July).

  Just a quick note to let you know we are currently trying to negotiate a better deal for the food arrangements. Keep the registrations coming in; but we won't pass on any food orders to the hotel until things are sorted.

  Just under 3 months to go folks, so we are opening up the registation process.

• 9th April
  The Geocoin designs have now been released. Samples are being minted as we speak, and we hope to be able to open up pre-sales very soon.
• 8th April
  Our Merchandise shop is now open. Some of the committee members have already ordered and received some shirts, and are very impressed with the print quality. These aren't going to fade after a few washes!
• 1st April
  Not an April fool, but the estimated number of attendees has passed 800. With 4 months to go, will we pass the 1000 mark?
